BBQ Pork Loin

  • Servings: 16
  • Ready In 2 hours
  • 4 pounds Pork Loin; (2 lb halves)
  • 4 tblspoons Ginger; substitute 6 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 Garlic cloves; substitute 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Season Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper; ground
Mix all ingredients together & marinade Pork Loin over night in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Sear on hot grill, turning to sear all sides.

After searing, place on wood pellet BBQ:
Smoke 1 hour
300 F to finish - about 30 minutes

Internal meat temp: 155 F
