Bruscetta Stuffed Pork Chops

  • 4 butterfly pork chops
  • 1 lb. thick cut smoked bacon
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 bag shredded Italian Cheese blend
  • 4 tsp. Minced garlic
  • Fresh basil (or dried)
  • Balsamic Glaze
Slice tomato and basil. Open pork chop and fill with dollop of garlic, basil, and tomato. Close and wrap chop with bacon.

Place on parchment covered baking sheet. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350*. Top with cheese and let bake for additional 15-20 minutes. Broil for 3-5 minutes for color of cheese and bacon.

Plate and drizzle Balsamic Glaze. (Can be topped with additional tomatoes and basil.)
